Thank you for your work, it's looking good. At least from my view as a simple consumer, the whole team seems to have done an admirable job. The text is easily readable, both regarding the text itself, as well as the typesetting. Which was placed competently on nicely cleaned/redrawn panels. (How does one actually compliment the PR and QC? The result is good, but was it like this directly, or did you have to give it back to your team once or more for polishing?)

Regarding the story itself, the moment I saw grandpa I remembered. He is kinda unique. I think it was a heartwarming story, which just felt good. Would like to see it continue, so thank you very much.

Cheers for dusting this one off and bring it back from obscurity.

Though gotta say that's a rather assbackwards way of discharging young adults from an orphanage. I would have expected them to at least spend the last year or so searching out apprenticeships or training for a preferred job/position.

Sure it looks like they had a referral to a place to stay, some savings to pay for it, and use of the cafeterias at the orphanage for a time, but still sounds woefully under prepared for what awaits them in the adult world.
Been a while since I've last read this. Chapters 1, 22, and 36, mostly cover the situation. Once you're over 10, you can look for work outside of the orphanage. But as the story has progressed, this has been harder to do. A lot of them are going into being adventurers, like these 2, because it's easier to to break into that industry. But they've also been learning a bunch of trade skills (blacksmithing, sewing, alchemy, and carpentry).

They've also gone from 12 orphans at the beginning to about 50 now. So it's getting crowded.

Yeah, I was a little taken aback by that too. But, I think it can be covered with the blanket of "just otherworld isekai things" haha.
Also, it's good to see familiar taces/named in these comments, appreciate you coming along for the ride.

Thanks for the comment, glad to see people are still enjoying this one. I'm not really sure what you mean when you ask if I "gave it back to the team" for polishing. For this first chapter, it was just myself and one other. If it shows promise, I will then allocate dedicated staff to it so they can make it their own.

I do remember this being a thing, but feel that's covered in my comment. They should either find an apprenticeship or  train for their preferred job, which would include hunting and gathering for the adventurers guild.

What gets me here is how nervous, uncomfortable and utterly unprepared they seem to be. Sure i can see some opening night jitters, but they shouldnt be doing anything different then they've been doing for the last 6 months or better. So most of their concerns should have been handled months ago.
They've also gone from 12 orphans at the beginning to about 50 now. So it's getting crowded.
Which is why the MC had been making trips into the forest to help alleviate the strain on the orphanage's resources. He even convinced Gramps the disguised dragon to hold weekly training camps and was helping the Nuns teach the kids useful life skills.

All of which should have been helping the soon to be adults to transition into being productive working adults with confidence. Instead they act like this is all coming at them cold, rather then a known event they've been planning for, for the last year.

NGL, I kept expecting the tired old cliché were a drunk adventurer picks a fight with the newbies.

Oh you mean the trope that's in every single manga/anime where an Adventurers Guild is? Yeah... I know what you mean hahaha. Brutal. It's like, come on... come up with something new. Tweak it a little at the very least.

To be fair, they mention a few times how there isn't any job for young people around, so most people become adventurers.
