It isn't explicitly stated, but there're vague clues (tho wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be something else entirely). Her mother's reaction as well as how the school was tiptoeing around her situation kinda pointed towards that; there's also all that talk abt murder which is linked to abortion too.

I love how this chapter implies she's pregnant and being pushed to abort without actually stating it.
It's incredibly tasteful and not something I usually expect out of mangas.

In the beginning of the chapter a school nurse noticed her hands are cold despite not being sick or room temperature low, this is common during pregnancy when blood flow is diverted to womb so it can support growing fetus, it's probably very close or after (judging by suicide attempt) term to abortion.

It's also implied by her mother knowing about pregnancy and making her to deliver, but father might be angry about it as it most likely was accidental or worse.

Is abortion a murderer? Nah.
