Isn't the e-book available on jp amazon? I never bought from there but I'd expect the process to be fairly easy. Also not sure if baiting ch.26 with a message like this is the best way to go about it

I tried signing up on amazon jp, but I had trouble receiving the OTP because of my phone number. Anyway, downloading from there isn’t easy, and the image quality isn’t very good either.
