so first of all, a friend asked me if I could pick up this series and I kinda accepted it but since everytime I pick up mangas from well known groups I frequently get into trouble so this time if the previous scanlators decided they still want to continue this I will step down on scanlating it with no problem.

p.s: everything on this chapter was worked on only using a mobile phone so the quality of typesetting might not be as good as the previous group.

That was the same thing with Otoko Girai. Group wasn't uploading to mangadex and then suddenly another group mass released and basically took over the series because it was thought to be abandoned by them because the title wasn't being updated on Mangadex.

Tbh to each their own, but I'd still say that Mangasushi slept hard on updating Wordmaster on MD, albeit this wouldn't be an isolated case with just this title btw. Tensei Akuma is also behind compared to their website, by MUCH less, but still behind, especially considering the "3 month" rule of thumb.

(P.S: I'm not saying they are obliged to upload in here, but it ticks me off a bit when the "I got into trouble because I decided to release an update for something that I haven't seen in a while in here" note appears)

I agree. We could blame the mass DMCA of last time for pushing many groups away, but if they aren't uploading here, fk 'em. They ain't got any rights to complain about sniping or whatever else.

Yeah, Mangasushi and Setsu Scans are two active groups that are really inconsistent about uploading to MD. They generally don't abandon what they're working on.

I went and reread the chapter over on MangaSushi for comparison, and honestly yours is of similar quality. Translation difference are minor and not really impactful. Typesetting is easy to read. Overall, you did a solid job, so you can at least be proud of that.

Pretty careless teleportation, but it's fitting for Hiiro's personality: he's the kind of person who wouldn't spare a second to figure out if his own actions are inconvenient for others, despite being himself all the time so annoyed by others.

I know, this may not be the greatest manga, but I am so invested in the story! I was so sad when we hadn't had an update in so long. I actually let out a little joyous squee when i saw a new release.

Ultimately the only good reason to upload here is "because i wanted to". As someone who myself have uploaded my own translations (taken down by DMCA), i applaud your initiative.
