The gestation period lasts 62–75 days (wolves) / an average of 63 days (dogs), pups/puppies emerge in an amnion that is bitten off and eaten by the mother.
They are born blind and deaf, and begin to see after 9 to 12 days.
They begin to nurse almost immediately, they begin to eat solid food at the age of three to four weeks.

The pup is born without an amnion....
Ok, ok, we are in a manga, things happen in irrational ways often.

But....
After a few minutes and a cleanse spell the pup:

• Opened his eyes and sees.
• Bark.
• Is able to communicate / express himself.
• Is able to orient himself.

The next day:

• Eats solid food.

The lazy writing makes (at least) this chapter a children manga.
