Ok so the real Sachiko has awoken in Yuzu's body. And Madoka has realized that it wasn't Sachiko's physical existence she needed but her, hmm, soul I guess. Even if that soul despises her, she needs that. At least, that's the vibe I'm getting. It's quite confusing. In that case, what will happen to Yuzu? A lot of these characters seem incredibly unhinged, and I think Madoka at least is capable of murder, potentially Yuzu too. So this could go a lot of different places.

It seems like Yuzu (Sachiko) is having an identity crisis but that maybe she'll come out the other side not needing madoka. Meanwhile Sachiko (Yuzu)'s face at the end there was clearly shocked at Madoka being there so I'm thinking Sachiko (yuzu) thought she was free of Madoka's bs and now is going to get a rude awakening.
