If she did care so much, i'm surprised she was 'ok' with MC being in her body as opposed to staying by the comatose body/the 'real soul' or so or spending time with her when she was finally awake or so but i guess she also wanted to be around the physical body too (tho interesting she would know she was someone 'diff' than some personality change/disorder after the roof top fall), https://mangadex.org/chapter/9951a4fa-41d8-4d3d-92d1-b4296281ae38/7 unless this page was all some kinda 'bluff' so that mc would 'behave'/not do anything too wild or so in Sachiko's body while madoka plans to switch them back somehow

Not the smartest decision you could make Yoh. I've a feeling Yoh doesn't really know what she's getting into here, and if she does just have a kink for red flags then she's hit the jackpot.
If Madoka truly did nothing to Sachiko with ill-intent (contrary to what Sachiko thought) and she was just hoping to spend more time with the girl she likes by sharing hobbies then damn sachiko is fucked UP!
Madoka could still be putting on a front for Yoh though so we can't be certain.
