She is neither: if anything, she is Bilbo. Imari is Gollum, who find the "precious treasure" and then loose it when it slips from her finger. Colette/Bilbo find the ring, and after talking with senpai/Gandalf leave the ring in an "envelope" on the "fireplace mantel" for Frodo. Usami/Frodo receives the ring, and would probably fight Imari/Gollum for it on top of mount Doom 😁

i think this is between 1-2 week(s) after the festival and by the dialogue, it seems that uchimaki's the one that brought the poop to school meaning it was in his possession before he put it in the clubroom.

and collete being collete, it's not really weird that she'd fiddle around with stuff in the clubroom...
