Y'know... I know this was never meant to be the most grounded series, but the last few chapters really feel like the author was throwing a tantrum over getting axed and decided to make it the most random ending they could reasonably get away with. ._.;

Thanks for saying that out loud. I'm so sorry for the mangaka, that his little, cute manga was axed, but they should know how manga industry works. I don't understand why they decided to create such a nothingburger of an ending. But now that you say, "throwing a tantrum" might be good reason why.

idk what axe y'all smelling, felt like a complete story to me. these type stories usually end right at or after successful confession, so that we got more on top of that, im more than happy.

ill miss these kids, this series was always the highlight of my week :qq:

Very cute and wholesome romance manga. No drama, no love triangles, just pure fluff.

Definitely ended abruptly, but at least there was no stall-out on confirming their future, or 'having to separate for years thanks to college' trope.

I think the core gimmick only had so many legs on it once the main ship paired up. I think there could've been another 10 or so chapters of them doing basic relationship stuff but I think the overall vibe is to positive and they're so simple not to mention they've been making couples goals before getting together.

I'm gonna miss this one, I felt really at ease reading it every week.
Really disagree the ending felt like a tantrum, the whole story was silly and wholesome, so it was consistent. Obviously it was rushed, probably because it was axed, but they did the best they could

Aw... So sad this one has ended.

It was probably axed because some cynical people complained how wholesome this manga is and how offensive the wholesomeness is, as it is not representative of real-life relationships.
I think.
Maybe.
Probably not.
I want to blame someone for the axe, dammit!
