• p. 1 is a callback to the end of Chapter 15.
• p. 9, 2nd panel: Akira originally says 「きくう」 ("kikuu"; alternatively written as 「気腔」). Defined by the Ohta General Hospital as "the air spaces in the body. The largest airspace is the bronchial and pulmonary system". It has been translated to "lungs" (in Japanese, would be 「肺（はい）」; "hai") instead of "respiratory system", for simplicity.
• As I've written, p. 9 was a pain in the ass. Here's the original.

Seriously the older brother is such a bro-con and the younger brother I'm still not sure what he see's in Akira and am convinced at this point he lusts her and is mistaking that for love. I just still can't see where this series is headed but if it was realistic it'd eventually lead to Akira probably stabbing everyone cause she mental.

I also feel the pace is too slow, where we are now could be condensed into about 5 or 6 chapters easily and no lose doing it, I tihnk the only thing stopping axe-kun so far is it's semi-unique premise. At least all the characters are trash (outside of the new gf she's just an unfortunante victim in all this)

This is getting a tiny bit closer to that love square I don't look forward to seeing. If Shion ever hears about Kai two-timing her (even if there's no physical contact like this time around), there's the chance she'll start looking in Yuuto's direction. The one with the motive and power to tell her is Akira.

Re-reading this I might've spotted a huge flaw in Kai's rules... he only said Akira can't contact Shion while they're on the one hour fake home date. I hope I'm wrong, but this is a huge loophole if true.

Luckily this doesn't seem to be the case. The break in bubbles make it vague, but the "try anything" and "won't contact" parts seem disconnected.

For reference, the original raw says 「...加えて」「その間なんの行為もしないし」「アキラは紫苑に接触しない」. Here's differing translations/interpretations for it:

• "Also,"
• "In the meantime, [we] don't try anything." / "In the meantime, [we] won't do (any/the) act."
• "Akira won't contact Shion." / (using context) "You won't contact Shion."

Also, I didn't realize this at the time, but 「行為」(act) is a shortened version of 「性行為」(sexual intercourse), much like how one could use the euphemism "do the deed" in English; I was interpreting too literally and didn't realize that this meaning is also implied. A fixed translation (which I should get done in a few minutes) takes into consideration Japanese context more, but might annoy some others who think this is an overreach of translation. "Do the deed" also reads waaaay too comedic for this panel. I don't know; willing to bite that bullet unless someone disagrees. Thank god this isn't some major plot detail. Sorry for the error!

I agree with changing it to the way you propose, as I believe it gets the meaning across better, carrying the same implication the original text did. Not a native English speaker, but I don't think "do the deed" is that funny of a euphemism, or maybe it's just me.

Also, at no point did I think there was an error while reading this chapter, I was actually surprised when you pointed out there was more to it in the original text. I learned something new too.

Thanks for taking the time to even consider improving the TL, that's an admirable attitude to have that I rarely see, whether it be in scanlation, fansubbing or vtuber clipping.
