Boss and underling? could be nice as a ship depending on how its handled but I could also see it as a push to move on and focus on her job instead of her having a unrequited infatuation on a guy who is in a long-term relationship. Personally I'd prefer them being a couple only after she moves on to a different company due to the power imbalance.
