This just feels like the author had to change something up in the story, it doesn't make sense to me. Why transfer her when she showed such dedication and love of doing what she was doing this entire series? I don't know how HR works in Japan, but it really sounds like a demotion for her. She did so well in creating products so her skillet is perfect for...managing the interactions between the employees? Girl was even told by her boyfriend she was kinda mean insulting annoying people
