@Deenice when it comes to things other than her own love life, Kurusu is really observant and she's pretty much figured out that Hotsuki and Chika have feelings for each other that they don't quite understand. That's probably why she blushes when she hears Chika's outburst lol. Comes across as one hell of a (not) confession.
