that godspeed step bug abuse actually exists at RL MMORPG.
2D scroll like Megaman MMO named Elsword. also have that gimmick,
at dash jump your character accelerates like 0.5s compared to dash. and you can cancel that jump that is considered a landing stomp. and the stomp has no delay to jump again.
and by that, you can accelerate dash by repeatedly →→(hold→)↑↓↑↓↑↓↑↓↑↓.
that make it twice as fast as a normal dash, but that takes a lot of practice or you will get a stomp delay or deacceleration at jump dash
