Re-reading this and looking over tankbro's comments, something is telling me that Kitty Princess only kept the first coin as a souvenir and just left the others behind that others fought over.
Being a gag manga, I'd be willing to wager Paula & Bakara left early to turn in those coins for first place, Team MC getting second and Team Princess coming in third or lower due to giving up 250+'s worth of GRS money by not knowing the rules.
