Since i have seen you asking on the other chapter too already:
Sniping is the act of translating something at the same time as an already established group, for this series we have kekesed97 doing the translation since chapter 1 and now there's the other group that just started at chapter 3 while the first translation group/person didn't abandon this project thus making people "uselessly" work on editing and translating. The time invested into the snipe could have been used to get another story translated instead.
It is generally not received well in the scanlation community.
