I found that spending time and just staring at distant objects for 30 min a day really helped in slowing down eyesight loss! Good luck in college and thanks for your translations!

Thanks for the translations. I'm not sure if you're still monitoring this, but regarding your PC, if it's using a 13th or 14th gen Intel processor, look up intel 13th and 14th gen stability issues. Your processor may have degraded and need to be RMAed through Intel or the OEM that made your system.
