While this is fun. This start to make no sense.
Now, every body always try to make sense out of it and try to correct me every single time in previous chappter but this way to funny to work any longer.

So, they, 2 agent of each other enemy, joint force to take down a uncertaint party that they were thought to be with the other ? Yet here they are joint force instead of working again each other which is:
-much bigger risk and dangorus enemy
-pick a fight with someone over a cross thing that is no use for them, or know what that is. Her mission is just to kill some of the church's. So if they just say hand over the thing and gone it would go smootly. Who also, let not fortget have 2 vulnerable person she would have to protect
-Did they forget they are enemy, like the end game of opposite interest and the reason this mission exist in the first place

And remember they both now know there are nolonger have the conpriscing theory with her. She is not secretly get close to the family because she know the dad have the cross. The short hair girl from the agents also should know by now the deal is the cross thing which make the dad involed.
And Rose, did they think she would she not take the safe option and trade ? or she would not stay with them after the trade instead of chasing them to take the cross back
