Imagine if someone who has no plans or desires looked and it just came out white noise. I wonder how a kid would interpret that.

Last time Kotodama World, Memoru, and Pavié showed a little too much of Tokie and Shachiko’s past as well as their embarrassing moments. I’m guessing Tokie put measures in place to prevent that from happening again.
It seems the students have to give Kotodama World permission to display their futures. Aimu’s vision of the future didn’t show up until she chose to view it. I’m sure this applies to anyone else.
I don’t think one’s own interests, desires, or even lack of any matters much since KW is just displaying multiple possible futures both good and bad.
