I don't know what kind of humor you would even call this. Does it even have a name? And who's the audience for this? Girls? Guys? Are human beings even the main demographic for this?

This is one of the most insane manga I've ever read. The tags and title do not do this thing justice. I genuinely think the mangaka wrote this in a psychiatric hospital

Almost all other characters in this manga are crazy, but I feel like they're manageable/describable, like the fmc who is just a soft yandere. But not the mmc. I spent 30 minutes trying to put the male mc's personality into words like "batshit insane" or "chaotic neutral" or "the joker but he doesn't kill people," but none of it truly represents this guy's character, you just have to experience it yourself.

The feeling this manga gives is like getting the rundown from your superior at your new job just to see an image of yourself in a frame captioned "employee of the month for the last 12 months."

It's like moving to a new city just for everybody to already know your name.

It's like coming home to your cabin in the woods to find that the front door is unlocked, but you're only 70% sure you locked it.

I think this is wholesome? The way this Manga is "suggestive" is absolute peak for the most part. The story is a fever dream but also funny and feel goody. And the Art ist an absolute mess between high detail Professional stuff and goofy chibi drawing. And now i'm sad the mangaka has vanished to the shadow realm.

2023... I left this 3 years ago cuz of the slow release.
It's been a while with these two freaks.

I remember why I fell in love with this, cuz Mitsuishi is cute and the weirdness is peak.

I think this manga is amazing because it is a showcase of two philosophys clashing. Mituishi believes that how people think of her and there expectations of her are how she is ranked and that things like the expectations of other people must be met, she was taught to believe that nothing in the world is more important than meeting these expectations even her own feelings “think, don’t feel” - mitsuishi . Hajime on the other hand doesn’t care what other people think and believes that we should do what makes ourselves happy no matter if it seems “weird“ to others. He believes that everyone can make their own boundaries and rules for themselves regardless of others “Life is masturbation” -hajime meaning life is making yourself happy or life is pleasuring yourself. the Reason why we think that hajime is always ”weird” is because he does not match the expectations society put on us. some themes in this story talk about making your own rules like the entire story about the mannered Mohawks who became obedient and there soul sucked out of them because they never made there own rules they were fine with just following society. Hajime understands mitsuishis philosophey and even bets candy that she will decide that winning the arm wrestle is not something that needs to be done that it’s not something society wants her too do yet she decides to divert from her philosophy and change by winning, ha Jim’s is surprised by this not because she had The strength but because she changed her ways. I personally think that hajime should have been able to predict what she was doing if he had not forgotten himself in his calculation he is the piece he forgot to add when predicting how she would act. Hajime is slowly changing the way mitsuishi acts. the title “Mitsuishi is acting strange this year” is not because she’s weird to us but to hajime he thinks it’s strange that her philosophy is slowly changing even though he is the reason She started changing in the first place. This was just my opinion. I love the story. Have a wonderful day.
