Ummm no..? He's pretty much the opposite of a stalker, he's super passive and lets her do whatever she wants to him (and his stuff, apparently) but never initiates anything, unless you consider playing the "I'm open to attack" or "I'm completely at your mercy" cards as being active or initiating something.
