Dunno about that, as manga adaptation often botched chunks of details/insight. Thankfully the novel translation is ongoing strongly and it currently has 115 chapters. I'll eat it for dinner in a few days and see how it is.

Just wish the author actually fleshed Certain things out before adding a new girl into the mix, won't complain too much as its only chapter 3.
