So she is definitely in contact with the cult and is trying to make him look as good as possible so that way the goddess of the Sun takes interest in him so that she can somehow lure her down and try to kill her. At least that's my guess. In some settings demon Lords are the enemies of the Gods and so her trying to find a way to kill the king of the Gods make sense.

I think those are definitely her followers but besides the headmaster and our MC I don't think anyone actually is in contact with her how many even know that she's locked up there. The evil cult certainly don't trying to get her out are they not able to doesn't seem she really wants to leave I mean she enjoys her schedule date with the MC no way she'd want to give that up.
