I'm sorry to say, but this just reeks of either MTL, or incredibly amateur TL. I had kind of already assumed that with some of the nonsensical wording in previous chapters, but even without having seen the source, I can tell that "it's not like the story" is supposed to be something along the lines of "I'm not talking about that", in reference to the difference between the 'small' of her breasts, and the 'small' of the gyaru's height.
