I think it's a nice break/balance, surprised we haven't gotten a subplot of another hookup like those two diner staff/waiter/waitress

(the color page of the apron is so pretty, wonder if irl would be that colorful/gradient tho, i'd think one would choose a lighter color or standard white so easier to see stains to know when to clean it versus always doing it the same day every week or so)

The dynamic is pretty out there though. Boss girl likes Murata but also fine with FMC fucking him. FMC doesn't really care who he likes or fucks just like in the hentai as long as he fucks her too but if he stopped, i don't think she would care for long. At first i thought author would steer away from the hentai plot (though it looks like he did a little since sister appears to be single so no stepson-FMC threesome), but sister-FMC-Murata is still on the table i guess.

One thing is for certain though. There will be absolutely no romance in this.
