The author made us see the guy jumping with a girl that was binded to him.
The guy have a crazed expression and we don't see the girl but I think it was a forced double suicide, if that is hell for jumpers it should only be him, I understand the author wanted to make us see more than some figures but the poor girl shouldn't be there.
Of course I could be wrong and they both jumped together binded for some other reason, or the guy is angry because he was forced by the girl.
But if the first case is right that means the author made a hell for every person that ever died from falling, not cool, hard to see if is everyone or after sometime souls get out of it.
