There's probably a record somewhere. Girls in the old days were considered of marriagable age when they started menstruating, indicating they could have children. So it wasn't unheard of for young girls back then to be married by 12 or 13. Modern society set the cutoff defining an adult for that purpose out of concern for those girls who were still growing, so it doesn't badly affect their health or put their lives at as great a risk.
