Why not simply take a girl as the mc instead of a guy "who always feel like a girl?"
And why make it Isekai if the guy dont even remember it's past life ? Just start it as a fantasy right away.

Sorry, but starting like that is a red flag right away for me, and i expect much more problems the longer i read this.

I feel like the WN's descriprion will explain things better, as to make it clear for people what kind of a story this is.

A humble man in his thirties, living in modern Japan, after successfully evading the fate of becoming a mage, suddenly dies and gets reborn in an 18th-century look-alike world, where magic exists, into a duke’s daughter.

I don't think this is about trans or lgbt thingy, mainly the difference between japanese and western interpretation about the word "girl inside(mental otome)", and the context I got from reading.

Now I don't know about this difference, I'm not familiar with Japanese, but the reasons you state after this point for why MC isn't a girl don't make sense to me.

But his mind is still that of a man. As he did mention he had a girlfriend(who also has the same liking) as well as he's a man inside.

She's claimed she's a girl on the inside though? Also, having a girlfriend does not mean you need to be a man. Women can have a girlfriend as well.

I haven't found any hint about him crossdressing in his previous life either.

What would her (lack of) crossdressing prove? You don't need to dress a certain way to be a girl.

The story also hasn't explicitly show him(her) trying to act more feminine like a girl as her main goal, only girly hobbies.

Is having girly hobbies not part of acting more feminine? I feel like the latter is an umbrella term that the former falls under. Ultimately it doesn't matter though, because you don't need to conform to any stereotypes to be a girl.

I also noticed that not only did the mc not actively trying to make herself look more cute, she only did that to her subjects(dolls) and other people(the marquess's daughter), so far.

This too, does not disprove that she's a girl. You don't need to try to make yourself look cute to be a girl.

Yeah I just wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt about missing context before calling you out for being willfully obtuse. Your own post argues that none of Itdome's individual points prove that the main character is not a girl, as if they were made in a vacuum when it's clear from the context they are parts of an overall argument. What's really unfortunate about this is you're not even arguing against the argument made but whether any of these things, that don't decide by themselves if a person is a girl, when Itdome was making points in regards to trans and alphabet gang identity politics, ignoring the context and further misrepresenting Itdome's position.

I can only guess that you're arguing for the sake of arguing or you've got some sort of horse in the race about what constitutes a woman, either way you're applying labels and tags even if you don't state them and it's dishonest to feign ignorance like that.

It's been explained in this very thread, and you'd notice if you paid attention, that this isn't a "trans" thing. The guy likes girly stuff. That's what's being said with the whole "mental girl" thing. There's a very specific term for "I feel like a girl even though I'm a man" and it's 心は女.

You're trying to apply Communist propaganda to a foreign work and it's making it harder for you to understand the story.
