I hate her mother for blaming kagami, that it was her fault that Indou's mother died. After hearing Indou talk she could've atleast say sorry to her daughter for mistreating her like that, Kagami also admired and love her mother but her mother keeps trying to be manipulative or blaming her own daughter!!! But I love the story so much, those two are so cute together, stay away from them you evil mother! Sometimes parents doesn't deserve a kind, cute child like Kagami.

I wouldn't say the mother was “evil” sure she was bad but it wasn't malicious on purpose. She was traumatized and in a depression from her lovers?(idk wasn't explained fully) death. So yeah it was bad for her to do that stuff but not evil

Im a bit confused on the ranks at the end, which one was higher ranking?

Lieutenant colonel is an significantly higher rank the nlieutenant around 4-5 ranks higher depending on the coutnry.

Hands down one of the most touching yuri manga I've ever read. And one of the VERY few that I have absolutely no complaints with whatsoever. The build-up of the story was so perfect that it made the development so clear and justified. Glad that they all got it together in the end. Man, good thing I saw this at a tiktok and decided to give it a read cuz it looked so interesting with all the military stuff, I would've regret not giving this one a chance.
