Is the art a little different or am I going crazy?
Not crazy. The previous two chapters had looser lineart and looked more rushed or created when tired. This chapter was drawn cleaner, and looks more polished, on top of using more realistic Japanese proportions on serious panels. It's like the author is trying to recapture a better middle ground between their chibi and super-detailed art and hasn't gotten past the growing pains yet.

It could be a lot of things, like the author getting more sleep, an assistant, or finishing prep for writing the climax (maybe even the ending). Hopefully this quality stays because it goes really well with the half-goofy half-realistic weird expressions.

No, it isn't you, I noticed too.
And I would say it's not just the art, but these past chapters in general have felt... kinda off. Almost rushed, I would say.

Chigusa Minori is a machine, like, she pours a LOT of time into her love project, Shino and Ren, including illustrations (seriously, I wish she poured even half of all that into Suuna and Ruka), is also doing the art for the doujinshi Girls × Vampire, and is a very active illustration artist, like, for example, this month she did the cover for a Yuri NTR anthology, among other activities.

So all this could simply be her being overwhelmed by her workload, or she is simply looking to close this manga up because of that same workload.
