I guess I should really mention sooner rather than later that, much like the whole child bride thing, I am really not sure when and how this series got the Shoujo Ai tag across all these websites. Whether it stemmed from the same mistaking of Mururu as female, taking the mouth to mouth feeding in chapter 1 a bit too serious, or whether it was just based on the author's priors, but it is really not actually that kind of series.

That's not to say there's absolutely no sort of at least gay-ish content going forward, but it's definitely less than even like, Centaur no Nayami. I just really don't want the tags to be giving anyone any false expectations. The series goes in a lot of different directions but unfortunately that just does not seem to be one of them (I've really only skimmed the latter two volumes, but believe me, this is not what those are about).

I have been wanting to ask this since the end of chapter one, but, did she grow horns after arriving there or what? is it the food?

I honestly couldn't tell you. I think it does get addressed in a later chapter though, I don't think the reader is meant to know at this point.

I see, thanks for the answer. I just found it weird for her to not care at all that she grew horns. Also there seems to be some sort of time skip between chapters or she just magically learned the language?

Yeah, it seems there was a time skip between chapters 2 and 3, during which she recovered from her injuries and picked up their language.

@sgn I had this exact question so thanks for leaving an answer. I do wish the author would explain why they would even do that. It's not like the story would have suffered from a couple more chapters to explain or show that happening
