No, the chapter takes place in different times. The part where Kujirai (original) visits the landlady is before Kowloon was "destroyed." The part where Kujirai (Copy) visits Youmei is the "fake" kowloon of the present. What she sees in the glasses is memories of the Original Kujirai.
