I have found the Kowloon Walled City one of the most fascinating places on earth for a long while now, which is one of the main reasons I picked it up actually. Also, yes, like @Big_Boss recommended, another solid manga involving Kowloon is Kowloon Generic Romance. Do check both of them out!
