It's the same person, if you go reread she was resurrected by hoti visnu(?) before Asha betrayed Leez and became someone with a different soul, but then she put her name on the DNR list (Do not resurrect) and got her old soul back, but lost 7years of memories. That's the same Teo Rakan that was looking for a disciple and fell in love with Gandharva.
