This story wasn't worth telling at all, but could have been told with two pages.
So my previous reply was just a joke, but I am actually curious by what you mean by "worth telling"? Is the artist wanting to draw it not enough? You could say that about every single manga ever, its all about personal enjoyment

You're engaged in performative self-contradiction, having previously delivered a strike to a comment. Was the desire to comment not enough?

Worth the costs — understanding that, properly understood, cost is best forgone opportunity. Now, in this case, the author didn't simply tell the story to himself, so the costs of telling include more.

Only in the sense that one can say things that are false. One cannot say it truthfully about every single manga ever. Indeed one can even find manga such that the creators regretted having produced the stories and no audience profitted from reading them.

No. You cannot coherently assign an absolutely value exactly and only to relative valuation, and you especially cannot rationally argue that the opinion of some person is wrong because no right-or-wrong obtains beyond opinion.
