I hate to say it, but Junji Ito really just does stuff like this better. Oshimi-sensei is much better at that "Adult Fear" stuff - things like tense situations, cracking psychology, people just falling apart. The supernatural stuff... well...

4th and final chapter dropped, so heres my thoughts.

ive not read alot of horror in general, but i enjoyed this. the "monster" wasnt overly scary, had a good amount of tension segment by segment, and i like the style of storytelling like was police interrogations

everyone suffering a bad end was pretty downer, but i imagine that just par for a horror story lol
