Whatever, horny isekai with unique lottery twist is enough to make this a follow

Look, is this a masterpiece? No. Is this one of the better isekai stories I’ve ever read (a very low bar)? Also, no. But is it bad? Not really.
The best way to describe this is like your nearby fast food place. Sometimes comes out quickly, other times takes 20 minutes after you order 2 things. Sometimes comes out just right somehow, and other times your chicken nuggets are room temperature and your fries are soggy and have no salt on them. You don’t exactly go in looking for depth and great taste, you go because you want something that can tide you over and you can eat quickly.
This is basically that. It has some good moments, and some bad moments, but it’s never too extreme either way. You go in looking for a protagonist that goes to another world, fights people with a cursed sword, and have sex with hot girls, and that is what this manga gives you, with a couple of unique ideas (mostly having to do with how his daughter is born).
Others have done this, like one manga that had roughly the same premise, but unlike this one, where it is only silly sometimes and does have at least some realistic character growth, that manga had felt like it was written by a 12 year old that didn’t know what story progression is: he just kept going more and more overpowered, his enemies kept getting stronger and stronger for no reason, and he was fucking literally 100’s of people (I can’t remember the name, but if you’ve read it, you know which one I’m talking about).
TLDR: It’s good for when you want to turn off your brain, but not turn it off all the way.
