As for the last page, the decals are the seal of approval by the god of this world. It tells people "Property of Yuna" and whoever messes with it will get punished.

I mean, she is a sucker for little-sister types; Kings struggle to get her reluctant cooperation, but she will annihilate 10,000 monsters just so a 10 year old doesn't cry...

The manga and anime tend to downplay Yuna's level of violence though. You really REALLY don't want to trigger her mama-bear mode, and if you have seen the anime, you know what event is coming up that totally breaks that rule.
