To be fair to @xyzzy, this manga is also about a stacked, perverted girl who wants to jump the MMC's bones. I, personally, could just as easily see it as being a man's fantasy.

When one character is really vivid and fleshed-out and the other is really bland, you can generally identify the bland one as a self-insert. This doesn't happen here, so we can't tell as easily.

Funny thing is that I checked the author’s twitter today and she announced that for the third volume of the manga, she’s actually doing it.
