I'm just used to amazon or google or yelp reviews that are just "5 stars great, would buy again" or "I had to wait 10 whole minutes for my food to arrive, worst service ever, 0 stars" where the only long reviews are usually by people that have some specific problem and are treating the review space like customer support.

It's actually refreshing that some people out there provide detail and context necessary to give a review real meaning and utility.
