Kumasaka should just hug her at this point. No more "Eh? Why? What's wrong?"
"Hug me" isn't her being wholesome, the word she uses (抱く) is very much a euphemism for sex, about as unambiguous as "sleep with" or "make love" in English
Oh wow, that's really cool. For context, Hiroshima is considered a boonies compared to Tokyo and for some reason is associated with yakuza. There's a series of famous Yakuza movies set in Hiroshima, so a lot of japanese people probably associate the dialect with delinquents/yakuza.
He's been doing that a lot lately 🤦🏾♂️Just hug her, dude. Don't ask questions, just do it.
Quite simple good pal, he's a dumbassHe should know Kiyoka-s down bad foe him by now, right? Kiyoka's not subtle. Why aren't you picking up what Kiyoka's putting down, Takeru?
Probably more Creole.So... Hirosima = France??? I mean... "mon amie"?
Exactly!I read all that in Gambit's voice.
Not gonna argue about the dialect translation choice, as that is a subjective thing, but I did some light digging, and I read that the hiroshima dialect is sometimes associated with the japanese mafia, so I (personally) read it in an "italian mobster" voice (which also kinda fits with the look he had in the entrance ceremony chapter)
Great, now I'm hearing The Sopranos...Fun fact: The Hiroshima accent is commonly stereotyped as the Yakuza and Delinquent voice due to the 1970s movie "Yakuza", so it makes sense for Kuma, but it would prolly be better translated as a rough New Yorker or Boston Accent.
Tbf it's not like it's ever worked before but i guess it is 'gap moe' when she's the one flustered for onceThis girl really knows how to calm herself in this situation. Instead of "fuck me", she goes to the wholesome route
I see you bro.My man's about to pull out them 236P (Kinetic Cards)
