The reincarnates are all born at roughly the same time. So physically they are the same age (5 years old?), it's just that Kuro is reborn as a spider that grew up rapidly compared to humans. Kuro probably only spent less than a year in the dungeon before escaping?

Kuro means black.
Shiro is not her name either, since her name is the colour "white" in the language from that world (who's unknown btw). Since they all talk in the Isekai language, her name changes according the translation (so her name is White in English).

They died and transmigrated at the same time, but were NOT born at the same time. Spider egg only took a few days to hatch while human spent 9+ months in their mother's belly, so physically she's older than them for a few months (except some who reincarnated as different species). Mental age is up to debate because of her certain circumstance.

Alcohol lowers inhibitions and impedes the thought process; her new powers are pretty clearly a "don't think, do" type, whereas under the system, they were all manual activation things she had to consciously choose to use.

At least, that's my take on it.

Sophia and Merazophis learned to deal with her little speeches. They understand what she means with the few words she says.

Ariel in the other hands understands her very well because her soul merged with a part of White's own soul. Ariel doesn't need for White to speak to understand what she wants, most of the time.

Only them can understand White's ways of thinking (with two other characters), because they spent years with her. Most people can not and White prefers to let them speak in her stead. White can also write informations instead of telling them alloud.
