damm, i know i get it but seeing it application still amazed me until now.

her new power is she now didn't bond by world rule at all. just like she said. skill and magic has ability and guide on how to use. meaning there and there conditions it can be used. like cooldown, limited target skill, fire power, cast time, etc.
but now she's out from the system, all limitations she has is just her imagination.

Yeah, maybe she could teleport him into the ground or some other object to at least immobilize him. Or, if it's possible to target individual body parts, maybe even just teleport his head away from his body.

I believe they were referring to the vampire girl yelling as she jumped the oni from behind, thus revealing her presence before her blade struck him and giving him a chance to fight back. Other than that, a good ambush.
