I'm a bit confused at what the bit on page 5 was supposed to be showing. He had already lost his right arm, so he goes to attack the barrier with his left arm. Then we see blood dripping on the ground, and Azael looking at his missing right arm. But wouldn't it have been the left arm that was injured from that attack? And the right arm was already gone, so it seems a bit odd.

author tries to sell us that every single one of them had killing intent towards him, but it could also be killing intent towards the guys that killed the people that i knew in front of me, just because they where a bit uneasy about the random guy that came and took control of the place, without any type of announcement or public mention (like, MC had to walk there)

Trying to argue about fictional characters with the author is weird, because:

1. He's the author. He literally decides who have what personality.
2. They are literally the demons, it's easier to make an argument that they know what an evil intent is than they don't.
3. If it's just "killing intent towards the killer", then the two guards ON DUTY should be the first ones to die, but they still lives. In the first place, if you see someone just came and eviscerates people easily, what you normally exude toward the killer is not killing intent, but FEAR. Not that they even had the chance to see the killer before they also became the victim.
4. Yeah MC had to walk there, he also got sidetracked for a bit, so information about him coming should came way before him. In fact, the two guards were expecting him and "the leaders" instantly came and knew about the situation the very moment he arrives there. No way they didn't know he was coming.

My guess on the girl is a kidnapped girl in the mansion,the signs under ehr eyes were tears for the corrupt bastard destroying her life, she have no murderous feelings towards MC, but maybe some negative ones for not arriving before?

Yeah, this was just very poor storytelling. They were probably aiming to show the power of these new vampires? I don't even know man. I've gotten kinda bored of this series. Probably would have worked better if it was written as a case of, they were welcoming at first, but when they find out that he's lowborn. They start plotting to seize power. After weeks of plotting they then go into action but then these vampires? lurking in the shadows take action.

The English word "they" was redefined to be a correct singular gender-neutral pronoun, ever since 2014. Although I find issue with the consistency of referring to this new demon's gender, it's a minor nitpick. Besides, it's physically impossible for a male to wear such a long V-neck.

Prior to redefining "they", one would often have to refer to ambiguously gendered ones as one.
