holy knight waifu sarah scott basically lost her fight for the semi finals right now, but refused to give up and therefore had to be rescued.
she didnt want to give up because the princess appraiser waifu iris promised her a working place next to lythe.
lythe rescued sarah and angered the sage guy, but still has his semi finals fight against the dark mage knight.
it does feel a bit like a filler since lythe got already beaten up by the sage guy between matches.
