The previous translator just put some brainrot translation there.

I just looked at that and i think the previous scanlators localized it for english because the japanese raws that part is written as "ズンチ ズンズンチ" which sounds like "zunchi zunzunchi" and barely makes sense like "bow chika wow wow" if you know what I mean so even if we re-translated that part it'd still be weird.
