How to beat immortal:

• Don't Trigger his Immortallity
if the immortality is from skill, then he need some mana, or limit skill usage, or cool down
Beat him without giving fatal damage so he can't trigger his immortality, mental attack also work
• Seal his Movement
Give him some paralyzed or sleeping gas/drug or skill with stun effect
• Ignore Him
They don't need to go all out, he is clearly only stalling time. Leave one keeping him busy while the other go to MC place

Why would he? It's just limbs. If he dies from bloodloss due to that and he does regrow from the severed limb then that limb hasn't been cooked yet just by looking at the speed of his recovery.
