Found to be mentally broken in Chapter 88 (Ascension I).
Her current state was described a bit more in detail in Chapter 95 (The Freeloader Princess II).

Yes, but she's actually eating because she can enjoy the taste of food in that body. Her real body can't descend to the mortal plane, so her contract and summon by the MC is the only time she can enjoy physical pleasures.
