@Robbini I will say, I just hate the 'armor causes agility issues' trope. Properly made armor doesn't hamper as much as people think it does. Honestly, if anything, properly fitted armor shouldn't cause problems for movement other than possibly just jumping high into the air. The main concern with heavier armor is stamina. The heavier it is, the quicker the wearer gets tired overall. This is why any kind of skirmish tactic will often have people with little to no armor so they can run for longer in comparison to their enemy.
And even worse... it's 'armor' instead of armor. I would have been willing to be okay with it if it was 'leather armor with protective plating on the vitals'... but it isn't.
