From reading a lot of hentai I can assure the evil guy inside the grimoire that 'deflowering a maiden' doesn't use the sfx for 'GAHH' or 'AGHH'. Chains ripping the heart out ≠ tearing the hymen.

Ahh, so now this has shown itself to be the exact opposite of Isekai Nonbiri Nouka, God isekais a japanese person that just wants to live peacefully, gives them a tool fashioned from another god, and puts them on the path to liberate or use a fallen god. This one went the edgy route though, where MC notices the chains around the cursed object, and pulls the evil god towards themselves, instead of the nonbiri route that stumbled on the way to cleanse those objects, and gets a cute fallen god familiar.
